1. Who can request deletion

Any Nounga user, including customers, sellers, and service providers, may request account deletion.

2. Recommended method from your account

• Sign in to your account.
• Go to Settings, then Account.
• Select "Delete permanently".
• Confirm deletion.

3. Alternative method by email

If you cannot access your account, send an email to legal@nounga.com with the subject line: "Data deletion request".

• Full name
• Phone number linked to the account
• Email linked to the account, if available
• Reason for the request, if you want to provide one

4. Processing timelines

We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours.

Deletion is targeted within 30 days, except where legal retention is required, such as billing, disputes, or anti-fraud controls.

5. Data temporarily retained

Some data may be retained longer if required by law or to defend legal claims in case of disputes.
